For owners of HVAC, plumbing & electrical businesses

You built something real.
Don't settle for the first offer.

Buyers are calling owners like you every week. We make sure you're the one holding the cards — by connecting you with the right people to run your sale, so the price reflects what you actually built.

Confidential. No cost to talk. No obligation at any stage.

You decide everything

Why this matters

The first offer is almost never the best offer.

There's real demand right now for well-run, independent shops — especially ones with steady service work and maintenance agreements. That's why your phone rings.

But here's what the people calling you won't say: an owner negotiating alone against an experienced buyer usually leaves real money on the table. The owners who get the best outcomes don't take the first number — they have someone in their corner who runs a real process, brings multiple interested parties to the table, and makes buyers compete.

That's what we set up. We connect owners like you with experienced advisors who specialize in selling businesses in your trade — people whose entire job is getting you a better price and better terms than you'd get on your own.

Up front

What you should know before we talk.

Nobody finds out

Not your employees, not your competitors, not your customers. Nothing moves without your permission.

No cost to talk

Plenty of owners talk to us just to understand what their business might be worth someday. That's a fine reason.

Your pace

Three months out or three years out — there's no contract, nothing to sign, and no timeline but yours.

So how do we get paid? Fair question. The advisory firms we work with pay us for introductions. You never pay us anything — and we'll explain exactly how it all works on the call, including how the advisors themselves get paid, so there are no surprises anywhere.

The next step

What a call looks like.

Common questions

Straight answers to what you're probably thinking.

What happens to my people?

For most owners we talk to, this matters as much as the number. Your crew, your office staff, the techs who've been with you fifteen years — they're most of what makes your business worth buying, and any process worth running treats them that way. If keeping your team whole is a condition for you, it's on the table from the first conversation.

Are you brokers?

No. We don't list businesses, we don't take a cut of your sale, and your information never goes anywhere without your say-so. We make private, one-to-one introductions to the right advisor for your situation — that's it.

Why not just talk to the buyers calling me directly?

You can — but understand that the person calling you does this for a living, and you'll do it once. One buyer means one number, and it's their number. The right advisor brings several interested parties to the table, and competition is what moves the price. That difference usually pays for everything many times over.

Do I have to be ready to sell?

Not at all. Some owners we talk to are three months out, some are three years out, and some just want to understand what they've built. The conversation is the same either way.

Why only HVAC, plumbing, and electrical?

Because it's what we know. We'd rather understand three trades well than fifty badly. If you run a shop in one of these, everything we do is built around businesses exactly like yours.

Worth a conversation?

Fifteen minutes. Confidential. And you'll know more about your options than you do today — whatever you decide.
